Chocolate truffles

A delicious recipe BY ADI HADEAN. I saw them today in Corinutza and I searched for my strays on the computer :))). I actually made a cream according to this recipe, but I stopped for a moment to see what the truffles are like. Great !!!

  • 250 gr mascarpone
  • 100 gr milk chocolate
  • a tablespoon of cocoa
  • an egg yolk
  • vanilla essence (or rum, almonds)

Preparation time: less than 15 minutes

RECIPE PREPARATION Chocolate Truffles:

Melt the chocolate on a steam bath. Add the yolk and cocoa and stir for another minute on low heat.

Incorporate the mascarpone and let the mixture cool.

When it starts to harden, turn it over on a piece of baking paper and "gather" it into a roll.

Tighten the ends and let it cool again. It is removed once again when it is better hardened and its shape is "finished".

Cut into slices and garnish with a slice of whipped cream.
