A quick, colorful and filling salad, only good to serve for breakfast or why not, even in a jar, in a package!

  • 50 gr. assorted olives, pitted
  • 2 green cucumbers
  • 2 yellow onions (can also be red)
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 100 gr. smoked salmon
  • 1 avocado
  • 3 hard boiled eggs
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • salt (if necessary, salmon and olives have enough salt);
  • lime slices
  • ground pepper (optional)

Servings: 3

Preparation time: less than 15 minutes

RECIPE PREPARATION "Breakfast" salad:

In a small pot, put eggs and cover with water. Dissolve a pinch of salt and a few drops of vinegar and put them on low heat. Boil for a maximum of 15 minutes (since I put them on the flame).

Wash, clean and chop all other ingredients, as desired.

We mix everything in the salad bowl. We match the taste of salt, pepper and oil.

Garnish with lime slices and eggs.

Serve with crackers or crackers.

You can improve the salad to your personal taste (with chopped bell peppers, grated carrots, cheese, etc.).


Avocado is washed, cut in half lengthwise and gently rotated until separated. Sprinkle with lemon / lime juice to prevent oxidation.
