Stuffed eggs

Boil eggs in salted water. After it has cooled or cut them in half, we put the yolk separately.

We make a composition for the filling from: egg yolk, finely chopped ham, chopped and squeezed cucumber juice, mustard, mayonnaise and sour cream, salt and pepper to taste. Fill the egg halves with this composition, pour sour cream with mayonnaise and garnish with hot peppers, poppy seeds, etc.

Another composition: mix the yolks with the liver pate, mustard, mayonnaise, sour cream, salt and pepper. Pour sour cream mixed with mayonnaise and garnish with pickled cucumber, donut, poppy seeds, etc.
