I cleaned and washed the vegetables, I cut the kaizer into pieces. I put the kaizer to harden, during which time I chopped the onion, then I added it in the pan over the kaizer. I put the carrot on the grater with small mesh and I put it in the pan and mixed. I also cut the peppers and put them in the pan, I mixed them and let them boil over low heat.
I chopped the cabbage and rubbed it with a little salt and added it to the others in the pan, I put a glass of water and let it boil. I mashed the tomatoes and when the cabbage was almost cooked I added the juice obtained, salt, pepper, thyme and let it boil for a few more minutes.
I served with polenta.
