Dessert cake with yogurt and whipped cream

Wallpaper a cake form with food foil. We pass the biscuits through the juice squeezed from the compote and with them we line the edges of the cake form. We cut a little from each biscuit so that it does not exceed the edge of the tray.

We hydrate the gelatin in 200 ml of compote juice for 10 minutes, then melt it over low heat, without boiling it.

Cream cheese cream with powdered sugar, then add vanilla essence, fruit yogurt (whoever wants can put in yogurt, finely chopped compote peaches), melted gelatin and whipped cream.

We obtained the obtained cream in the form of a cake lined with biscuits. We place biscuits over the cream again. and refrigerate in the evening until morning or at least for 4 hours.

We turn it upside down on a plate.

Decor: cut the peaches from the compote into slices and place them on the cake. Mix the whipped cream and decorate the cake with it, as everyone wants.
