  • - 2 pieces of lettuce (created or normal)
  • - 3 bundles of radishes
  • - 2 green onion bundles
  • - 2-3 cucumbers
  • - 3-4 tomatoes (for a more interesting look you can use cherry tomatoes - yellow and red)
  • - a few slices of cottage cheese or Feta cheese
  • - 100 gr green olives
  • - 3-4 slices of Prague ham
  • - 2 boiled eggs
  • For dressing:
  • - olive oil
  • - lemon juice
  • - salt
  • - pepper

Preparation time: less than 30 minutes

RECIPE PREPARATION “Famous salad” contest: Ham and egg salad:

Wash the lettuce leaf by leaf in a stream of cold water. So are the rest of the vegetables. Cut or break into pieces, according to preference. I prefer to touch it. Radishes, onions, cucumbers and tomatoes are also cut, but into thin slices. All this is put in a bowl, and over them are added cow's cheese, diced, Prague ham, also diced and green olives. The 2 eggs are boiled and used for decoration, or they can be put in a salad.

Mix all the ingredients well and then add the dressing, made of olive oil, mixed with lemon juice and seasoned to taste, with salt and pepper. Serve immediately. Good appetite!

● 1 casserole / 1 bag of arugula salad
● 2 sweet tomatoes
● 4-5 thin slices of prosciutto or homemade ham
● 6-8 balls of mini-mozzarella (you can also use cottage cheese or slightly salted telemea) a few cauliflower popcorn
● 4 quail eggs (or 2 hen eggs) fresh dill
● sesame seeds
● balsamic cream

● optional chili flakes

How do you prepare this Hungarian salad?

1. Finely chop the ham, red pepper and cucumber, lettuce into strips and eggs into quarters.

Remove the puff pastry pack from the freezer the night before and leave it in the fridge until the next day when we use it. Peel the potatoes, cut into thicker cubes (or whatever size you want) and boil in boiling salted water for exactly 10 minutes. Drain the water and leave to cool.

Cut the mozzarella into cubes, as well as the ham (if it is not already bought cut). Mix the potatoes with the ham and mozzarella. The shape of the tart is lined with baking paper, on top of which lies the puff pastry sheet which is pricked from place to place with a fork.

Pour the composition into the mold, and sprinkle over the grated Parmesan cheese. Grease the edges of the pie sheet with the egg yolk mixed with a tablespoon of milk and put the tart in the preheated oven at 200 * c (395 * f) and leave for about 30 minutes. I kept it longer, about 40 minutes because I like it to be browner!

* -In the original recipe, crescenza cheese is used, but as it is not found here, I replaced it with brie goat cheese, which I personally really like. If you don't like it, you can use mozzarella or any other softer cheese! Also in the original recipe is used "prociutto cotto", but if you can't find it, you can replace it with ham, as I did.

** My round shape has a diameter of 26 cm!

Today I prepared leurda salad, an easy and very healthy recipe.
ingredients
3 links for leurda,
4 hard boiled eggs,
4 tablespoons mayonnaise,
or limes,
salt to taste

Method of preparation
Peel a squash, grate it and squeeze the juice. Boil hard-boiled eggs, clean them and cut them into slices, then mix leurda with mayonnaise, chopped eggs, salt to taste, cut half lime slices and garnish the salad and squeeze the juice from the other half over the salad.

200 gr. Prague ham,
a lemon,
a box of corn kernels,
a bunch of green onions,
salt to taste,
8 tablespoons mayonnaise (prepared from 4 eggs, two boiled and two raw, a tablespoon of mustard, 300 ml of oil).

Wash leurda and drain, then finely chop, over the leurda add finely chopped green onions, hard boiled eggs, cut into slices, finely chopped bell pepper, diced ham and corn kernels, add salt to taste and chew very well salad, then cut half a lemon into thin slices and garnish the salad and drain half of the salad without the seeds falling into the salad.
